Back-Hook Discs

Largely used for medium and small jobs 2” (50 mm) and 3” (75 mm) abrasive discs, popular as Roloc Type R, or Rollock Type R, or Roll-on Type R. Typically with glued to plain abrasive disc plastic butt, ending with an attaching spiral, which holds it to a driving backing pad and corresponding power tool / machine. Generally used to handhold pneumatic and electrical angle grinders. Here we offer:

Ideal for paint and rust clean-up, deburring, surface blending and conditioning. Coarse, medium and fine grits. Prefabricated from world leaders sheet material suppliers as ARC and 3M, made in USA and Bibielle, made in Italy.

3 - Unitized discs: tightly pressed non-woven material impregnated with either Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide fine grains. Particularly destined for blending surfaces. Excellent on stainless steel. Suited for finishing jobs in deburring flashings, threads, sharp edges, blending alloys, painted surfaces. Particularly destined for finishing of automotive and aircraft parts and stainless steel surfaces. Medium and fine grits.

4 - Strip And Clean Discs: among latest and most famous abrasives. Successful with great variety of jobs, particularly suited for use on stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and other non-ferrous alloys. Nothing better yet invented for cleaning rust, paint, scale and oxidation, protective waxes, logging stuff like grease, salt, oil, variety of dirt.

This is continuous, three dimensional nylon filament with large pores, generously impregnated with Aluminium Oxide, Silicone Carbide or other tough abrasive. Stands like a sturdy, stone - hard sponge. It is very aggressive when needed in same time best suited for cleaning of polluting stuff without damaging surface of the part cleaned. It is black colour and for increased toughness and productivity there are same sizes coloured in blue and purple, which are less porous, stronger and more aggressive.
